Pingback: Baking with Quinoa E-Cookbook from Queen of Quinoa Review and Giveaway : gfe–gluten free easily
This comes at a perfect time!! I just started using quinoa again–and remembering how much I liked it! Baking would be an awesome change of pace (I LOVE bread!) and help me be even more health minded!

Just recently found out about Quinoa. I have been making Tabbouleh with it but nothing else. Would love to win your cookbook so I can use it in other things!!!
This looks interesting! My son cannot have wheat, potato, or rice right now so baking is a challenge. I did find one quinoa cornbread recipe, which I thought was delicious, though it did have a strong flavor.
It would be nice to win the giveaway for the simple fact of starting a new year, and making new choices with cleaner eating the book would and could help with that. Making cleaner things at home would be a big help to help complete that task instead of just trying to buy the food already done in the store. It would hold me more accountable! Happy New Year!
my husband is diabetic and we have found his body handles foods with quinoa better than those made with wheat
I’m not too sure about quinoa used like couscous, but I’d love to be able to incorporate it in other ways
My family loves quinoa and as a family that needs to eat gluten free, this cookbook would be very helpful to supporting our New Year’s health goals. Thank you for this opportunity!
