    I just discovered your website and I love your recipes. Thank you so much for posting them! I also love quinoa. I just bought quinoa flour, and I am pretty clueless about it. I haven’t seen many recipes using it ANSI was wondering how it measures with a ratio to normal flour. Also, if you have any great recipes using quinoa flour then please let me know!

    Just wanted to let you know how great your recipes are and how thankful I am that you have done this. My only problem is I am a diabetic on a carb regimen so I have to have the nutritional information for the food and because of this I cannot make many of the recipes that look so good. Thank you Marilyn
