Vegan Curried Cauliflower Hummus

<Vegan Cauliflower Hummus | Queen of Quinoa

A few months ago I had the pleasure of guest posting over at the Blissful Chef blog. In case you aren't familiar with Christy Morgan, she is an amazing vegan chef who has a fabulous vegan cookbook, Blissful Bites. It's chalked full of delightful recipes – from decadent desserts to hearty whole grain meals – and I highly recommend that you check it out!

On her blog, Christy runs monthly themes where she highlights a particular kitchen utensil {in this case a Food Processor} and gets recipes from other bloggers using this tool. She then does a recap of all the recipes at the end of the month. For my recipe, I made a Vegan Curried Cauliflower Hummus using my trusty food processor.

Okay so last night, I was snacking on carrots and homemade hummus when it dawned on me, I had never shared this awesome recipe with you! I couldn't believe it since it's so simple and totally delicious. This is an incredibly easy and super flavorful hummus. No beans, just veggies and tahini. Cauliflower hummus is also very versatile and works with a ton of different flavor combinations, so I encourage you to play around in your spice cabinet and see what you can come up with.

And pretty please don't forget to share your recipe with me! 🙂

Love the idea of cauli hummus! awesome! i made some red kidney bean one with a whole lotta spice the other day.

    1. Thanks! Your bean dip sounds wonderful. Over the years I’ve found that beans just don’t agree with me so I try to avoid them when possible. Hummus is one of my favorites so I was glad when this recipe turned out so well! I know have a dip I can eat all the time 🙂

    1. Thanks!! I feel like there are so many ways to use this recipe. I love that it’s lower calorie and lower fat than traditional hummus. Makes me less full but still satisfied!
